I read this book after reading Off Pitch and I’m so obsessed with The Stars series already!
Cole pierce is a gorgeous talented guy who falls for the lovely Rory who is his boss’s daughter.. YEP that means OFF LIMITS! so of course we do a whole bunch of sneaking around but this is after FOUR years of pining!
He really respects his coach and doesn’t want to jeopardise his career that he loves but maybe he loves Rory more? The chemistry between Rory and Cole is off the charts and is quite literally one of the spicier things I’ve ever read (for a soft romance) Did I also mention it’s a Sports Romance? Like hello this novel has it all!
I love how the side characters are still interconnected and we get to meet future lovers maybe? hehe
The banter in this book is Top Notch! We have a bunch of sassy females who are not worried about speaking their minds, if so needed. The men are all golden retrievers and I think that’s my new favourite breed.
